To mark the centenary of Michel Foucault’s birth, this series of lectures examines the relevance of the philosopher’s thought, as well as the shifts within it, the critical re-evaluations, and the many theoretical and practical applications of his ideas. The focus will include, amongst other things, the themes of the ‘aesthetics of existence’, the ways in which history is written, and reinterpretations of biopolitics in the era of neoliberalism. Foucault’s work will undoubtedly be presented in its full scope, as a living space, rich in resources for living with and reflecting on the present day. More information via this link!
