The International Congress of Logic, Methodology and Philosophy of Science and Technology (CLMPST) is organized under the auspices of the Division of Logic, Methodology and Philosophy of Science and Technology of the International Union of History and Philosophy of Science and Technology (IUHPST/DLMPST). The 18th Congress will take place at Kobe University (Japan), from 23 to 28 August 2027.
The topic of the conference is ‘Dialogues Across Borders’. In an international context increasingly characterized by distrust and insularity, we seek to foster conversations about how logic, methodology, and philosophy of science and technology can help to reach across borders in order to foster dialogue and promote mutual understanding. The CLMPST invites papers and symposia on all topics pertaining to our fields, presented by researchers from all regions and cultures of our academic world. In line with CLMPST tradition, it offers reduced registration fees for students and for researchers from developing countries.
